Refund and Returns Policy
Damaged Goods
Any item that arrives damaged must be reported within 24 hours of receiving it. We will need to see photos of the goods and the packaging to see how it arrived with you.
Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy.
Please note that returns are at your cost.
Should you wish to return any items we ask that you pack your items carefully for a safe transit and they must be returned unused and in the original condition and packaging they were received in. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Refunds can usually take between 3 – 5 working days to be processed and can only be refunded to the same card or method of payment used in the original purchase.
